Brilic Apps is the app acquisition arm of Brilic Media, an international mobile app company based in Wyoming, USA. Since 2018, Brilic Media has grown from a small team building iOS and Android products into a portfolio used by tens of millions of people worldwide across utilities, media tools, browsers and games.

Buying apps has always been part of what we do. Over the years, we have acquired products from founders, taken them over and grown them. Along the way, we repeatedly saw the same problems: unclear valuations, unverified financials, and brokers who understood spreadsheets but not subscriptions, refund rates or app store policy. Brilic Apps was built to remove that friction.

We are not a listings site where anyone can post an app and wait. We verify revenue, downloads, subscription data and costs before an opportunity reaches a buyer, and we qualify buyers before introducing them to founders. Our valuations come from people who have actually bought and operated mobile apps.

Because we are operators, a sale is not always the only option. Depending on the opportunity, we can also explore investment or marketing partnerships.

We work across iOS and Android, from individual apps and games to full portfolios, and support the entire transaction: valuation, NDA, data room, LOI, due diligence, purchase agreement, escrow, asset transfer and post-sale transition.
